Product Description: The conductor is made by twisting multiple strands of copper wire together, giving it excellent flexibility. It utilizes high-temperature-resistant, non-combustible inorganic insulation materials—specifically, synthetic mica tape capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1050°C. The metallic sheath is crafted from highly conductive red copper, which, after undergoing a specialized rolling and twisting process, retains outstanding bendability while also serving as an effective PE grounding wire. Meanwhile, the outer jacket is composed of low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin material, offering superior corrosion resistance. In certain applications, however, the outer jacket may be omitted altogether.
Execution Standard: GB/T34926-2017
Fire-resistant properties: Through the BS6387-2013 C, W, Z fire-resistance tests (Commonwealth standard)
1. Burned under a 950±40℃ flame for 120 minutes, with continuous power supply and no short circuit (C);
2. Under a 650±40℃ flame, first burn for 15 minutes, then continue burning while spraying water for another 15 minutes—maintaining continuous power supply without causing a short circuit (W);
3. Under a 950±40℃ flame, it passed a 15-minute/30-cycle impact and vibration test with continuous power supply, remaining free from short circuits (Z).
