Rigid Fire-Resistant Cable

This product features a new type of cable with a seamless copper tube sheath on the outer layer, filled with magnesium oxide crystal powder as insulation material, and constructed from a single-strand copper rod conductor. It boasts exceptional properties such as high-temperature resistance, fireproofing, explosion-proof capabilities, and non-combustibility (capable of continuous long-term operation at 250°C, and even short-term performance for up to 30 minutes under extreme conditions of 1000°C). Additionally, it offers high current-carrying capacity, a compact outer diameter, superior mechanical strength, an extended service life, and is resistant to ants and rodent bites. The copper sheath also serves as a protective grounding wire.

Isolation-type Flexible Fire-Resistant Cable NG-A (BTLY)

Featuring excellent fire resistance, a wide range of specifications, easy installation, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, continuous production capability, superior electrical performance, and low cost, this product can provide long-lasting, uninterrupted power supply even during a fire. When exposed to fire temperatures ranging from 950°C to 1000°C, it can maintain continuous power delivery for up to 180 minutes. Additionally, it is designed to withstand the impact of firefighting water jets and heavy objects falling during a blaze, fully meeting the requirements of BS6387:2013 or BS8491:2008.

Ripple-structured Copper-Sheathed Flexible Fireproof Cable

The conductor is made by twisting multiple strands of copper wire together, giving it excellent flexibility. It utilizes high-temperature-resistant, non-combustible inorganic insulation materials—specifically, synthetic mica tape capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1050°C. The metallic sheath is crafted from highly conductive red copper, which, after undergoing specialized rolling and stranding processes, retains outstanding bendability while also serving as a PE (protective earth) conductor. Meanwhile, the outer jacket is composed of low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin material, offering superior corrosion resistance. In certain applications, however, the outer jacket can be omitted altogether.

Mineral-insulated flexible fire-resistant cable

BBTRZ mineral-insulated flexible fire-resistant cable features twisted copper conductors, an inorganic mica tape as the fireproof layer, and a mineral compound used as an oxygen-barrier filler—all crafted with advanced manufacturing techniques. Additionally, the outer layer is coated with an inorganic material that remains non-melting and non-flammable even under intense flame exposure, ensuring superior protection. This cable is ideal for installation in high-risk, densely populated areas and critical facilities requiring maximum safety, such as tunnels, cable trays, cable trenches, junction boxes, shafts, high-rise buildings, subways, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, hotels, museums, railway stations, public entertainment venues, and data centers—where reliable power distribution and transmission are essential.
