To enhance the understanding of our company’s products among sales (including field representatives) and logistics personnel, deepen their familiarity with the products across both departments, and ultimately build a more efficient marketing strategy—ensuring that sales staff can effectively convey customer information—we are pleased to announce that, after several days of preparation, our Sales Department will hold a special training session on "Basic Knowledge of Wires and Cables" this Sunday (April 22nd) in the main conference room.
The training was delivered by Mr. Zhao Huaishun, General Manager of the company's Power Cable Business Division. The session covered an industry overview and product introduction, detailed descriptions of various product categories, product structure and materials, the production processes for standard cables, quality control and management practices, as well as product pricing strategies. Throughout the training, Mr. Zhao employed a concise, straightforward, and easily understandable approach, ensuring that participants received a comprehensive and highly professional learning experience.
This training was warmly received by the sales representatives, who unanimously expressed that to become a qualified sales professional, it’s not enough simply to understand customers and master sales skills—they also need to gain a deep understanding of their own company and the products it manufactures. Only then can they better serve their clients and effectively address real-world challenges.
