China Telecom has always been one of the most important customers supporting our Shentong Optoelectronics. China Telecom’s Hubei Provincial Company became the service province newly added by our company in 2018.
On April 23, our factory was honored to welcome Director Tong and his delegation from Hubei Telecom to visit and provide guidance at our company. The purpose of this visit was to conduct an on-site inspection of the supplier enterprises that won bids from China Telecom in 2018, while also further communicating and ensuring the implementation of Hubei Telecom's new service requirements for its suppliers.
Our company's General Manager Liu Jianxun extended a warm welcome, accompanied by a delegation that included Executive Vice President Cai Yongjiu, Vice President Wang Daqing, Chief Engineer Zhao Chunhe, Quality Director Qian Li, and Planning Assistant Yi Jianfei.

Upon entering the factory, guests first toured the various production workshops to gain firsthand insights. In the optical cable production area, General Manager Liu warmly guided everyone through key processes such as the "two sets" and cabling procedures, enthusiastically explaining each step in detail. Guests closely examined our company’s advanced production equipment and meticulously observed every stage of the manufacturing process, gaining a clear understanding of our on-site management practices and overall production capacity. Notably, professionals from the Hubei Telecom Testing Center conducted random sampling inspections of products already in stock. Meanwhile, at our company’s Quality Testing Center, guests carefully assessed our testing capabilities and took the opportunity to specifically communicate China Telecom’s newly introduced quality standards for this year. They also offered valuable recommendations aimed at enhancing our quality control processes, particularly in preparation for supplying products that meet China Telecom’s stringent requirements.

After the on-site visit, the group of leaders held a special symposium. Chief Engineer Zhao Chunhe first warmly presented the guests with a video demonstration of our company’s optical cable products, providing a comprehensive explanation covering cable manufacturing processes, production capacity, equipment, and more.
Guests gained a thorough understanding of Shentong Company’s development history, current business status, core industrial structure, and future growth plans—particularly showing great interest in the major Shentong New Energy Intelligent Industrial Park project we undertook in 2018!
The guests from Hubei Telecom offered constructive, forward-thinking guidance on aspects such as product quality, raw material sourcing, and logistics. They expressed strong appreciation for our company's steady and healthy growth over the years, while also warmly commending our unwavering commitment to the "customer-first" service philosophy. Moreover, they expressed confident and heartfelt expectations, eagerly hoping that our company will successfully deliver the 2018 China Telecom centralized procurement project with both high quality and timely completion.

General Manager Liu Jianxun, on behalf of our company, stated: "Although we have been affected by fluctuations in raw material prices in recent years, Shentong Optoelectronics Co. will absolutely ensure the quality of products and after-sales services required by Hubei Telecom, especially the timely supply of urgently needed emergency materials."
Subsequently, Cai Yongjiu, Executive Vice President, expressed: "We sincerely thank China Telecom for their continued strong support of Shengtong Optoelectronics.
