On the morning of May 30, a lively and well-attended working report meeting was held in the grand conference room of Shentong Optoelectronics. The theme of the meeting was to hear presentations from new employees—marking a fresh attempt at transforming our company’s meeting culture. This time, the session introduced an innovative approach: using PPT-based "work report presentations," which closely resembled the format of graduate thesis defenses commonly seen in universities.
Company leaders, including General Manager Liu Jianxun, as well as Vice Presidents Wang Daqing, Peng Shenghui, and Zhao Chunhe, attended the meeting.

Company leaders are carefully listening to the new employees' performance reports.
During the meeting, the presentations by six colleagues—Long Xuchu, Liu Keran, Liu Jiayi, Li Lin, Chen Hui, and Zhang Yourong—were thorough and richly detailed. Leaders promptly raised targeted questions, to which the newcomers responded confidently and skillfully, drawing on everything they had learned. It was inspiring to see the new team members radiating youthful energy, much like the sun at eight or nine in the morning, while also reinforcing the sense that the company’s future is bright and full of vitality.

This performance review meeting achieved excellent results, earning strong recognition and encouragement from the leaders in attendance. At the same time, attendees also highlighted areas where newcomers need to further learn and improve in their future work. General Manager Liu Jianxun offered a vivid and insightful summary: Such meetings not only help new employees gain valuable experience but also enable them to identify their weaknesses through reflection and targeted improvement. Moreover, the event provided everyone present with a meaningful opportunity for mutual learning and exchange. Through the Q&A sessions, participants were able to engage in self-reflection and motivate themselves to strive for continuous growth. Ultimately, the meeting also shed light on areas where we still need to strengthen our efforts—particularly in完善ing the training system for current employees, emphasizing the seamless integration of theory and practice, and ensuring that our initiatives better support frontline production while fostering a proactive management mindset focused on prevention.
Finally, General Manager Liu Jianxun stated: "This type of meeting format should be actively promoted. Next time, the main role in the meeting will be taken by directors, and gradually, it will be rolled out among the company's senior management, ultimately becoming a 'regular practice'."
